Thomas Kozaczynski
Tom Kozaczynski is the Chief Advancement Officer at Compass Health, one of Washington State's largest behavioral health organizations. With more than a decade of leadership in fundraising, public relations, and community engagement, Tom helps expand access to mental health services for children, youth, and families across Northwest Washington. Drawing from both professional experience and his own mental health journey, he is a passionate advocate for whole-person care, community collaboration, and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health.
