Dr. Ron Flack Jr. is the Vice President of the Carolinas at Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas, where he oversees behavioral health and community programs across the region. With nearly two decades of experience in behavioral healthcare, he is a licensed addiction specialist, executive leader, and advocate for expanding access to treatment. Dr. Flack is also Co-Founder of The Flack Foundation and is passionate about helping individuals, families, and communities find lasting healing through compassionate, evidence-based care.
